We are experiencing the following network incident:.

Due to the power failure at Eskoms sub-station and the vast number of areas affected, we are seeing delays with DHCP processing as power restores to the areas that were affected.

Customers are urged not to reboot their devices and to be patient as the processing flows through.

Service has been restored.
